There are so many things that touched me down deep in this conversation.
Things I haven’t been able to express with words that I’m feeling after my friend Mario killed himself. It’s been 22 years and I’m still grieving so much.
My ketamine infusions help me go deep and cry for him and feel the loss but afterwards I can’t feel it.
Talking about Stephen brought it all back for me.
